EndGenitor Technologies is one of Indiana’s first adult stem cell companies licensing the core intellectual property for ECFCs® from Indiana University Research & Technology Corporation (IURTC). |

EGT is currently executing pre-clinical animal studies in clinical targets representing both autologous and allogeneic therapeutic models. The outcome of these studies will determine initial therapeutic target indication(s) and support the filing of Investigational New Drug (IND) applications for US-based clinical trials of ECFCs® for the treatment of human disease and tissue dysfunction. |

To date EGT has: · Raised and operated on a total of $4.8 million of angel-investor funding · Entered corporate partnerships for: · Sale of ECFCs® to the research market with Lonza · Use of ECFCs® for drug screening studies with a major pharmaceutical company · Evaluated efficacy of ECFCs® in non-clinical animal models of myocardial infarction, renal ischemia and diabetes (in process) · Created and filed additional intellectual property related to the isolation, propagation, characterization, delivery and application of ECFCs®
